No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our premium clothing and focus on quality control, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size or style reasons. We strongly encourage you to utilize our detailed size chart to ensure a perfect fit.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at devil@devilssnare with your order number in the subject line.
Orders After Dispatch
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations for orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at devil@devilssnare with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, which may include a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).
